OLD BELVEDERE and Cork Constitution played out a 3-3 draw in horrendous conditions in Saturday’s Ulster Bank League Division One A game at Anglesea Road.

Old Belvedere came closest to securing that all-important try through wings Conor Power and Glynn just before half time.

The second half was equally hard fought. Old Belvedere took the lead with a well-struck long range penalty from Glynn before Cork Con outhalf Johnny Holland kicked the equalising points.

Cork Con failed to avail of some intense pressure in the closing stages while outhalf Steve Crosbie fired wide with a penalty from in front of the posts for the home side.
