Wayne Sherlock is the only significant adjustment to the Cork hurling line-up from their easy win over Kerry, as they travel to the Gaelic Grounds this Sunday for the Munster semi-final against Limerick.
Sherlock has recovered from ligament damage to his shoulder, which he sustained while playing football for his club Blackrock. Cian O'Connor makes way.
The return of one of the country's finest corner backs is a genuine boost for manager Donal O'Grady, especially considering the absence of three big names from the side that won the Munster championship last year.
Their back line is without Pat Mulcahy, who is recovering from a broken wrist sustained in a car crash, while the full-forward line is also changed. Setanta Ó hAilpín has gone to Australia, while Alan Browne has retired so Ben O'Connor and Jonathan O'Callaghan are in the corners.
Limerick will name a team today as they give Peter Lawlor and Eoin O'Neill as much time as possible to recover from injury.
In football, Mick O'Dwyer's Laois have deemed that their walking wounded (Brian McDonald, Colm Byrne and Kevin Fitzpatrick) all fit enough to play neighbours Carlow.
Padraic Clancy is, however, still several weeks off recovering from a broken hand he sustained in the workplace.
Laois travel to Dr Cullen Park on Sunday to meet a rejuvenated Carlow under Luke Dempsey. They will not be naming a definitive starting team until at least tomorrow to allow Mark Carpenter, Brian Carberry, Johnny Nevin and Stephen O'Brien a chance to recover from knocks sustained against Longford in the first round.
In Ulster, Donegal will have to overcome Antrim without the services of Brian Roper - from the outset at least - after he was ruled out with an ankle injury. If he shows improvement before Sunday, manager Brian McEniff may name him among the substitutes. "He could be fit to tog out on Sunday but we'll just have to see," said McEniff.
On a brighter note Donegal captain Adrian Sweeney is fit to play after recovering from shoulder damage. Also Christy Toye and Kevin Cassidy return to the team despite being absent from the panel in recent weeks because of examinations.
David Casey is definitely out of Saturday's Connacht quarter-final replay between Sligo and Roscommon. Casey had to retire early in the first half of last Sunday's game after a clash of heads with Gary Maye, which required 13 stitches.

The Offaly County Board have stated their dissatisfaction with the point scored by Westmeath's Brian Morley in last Sunday's one-point defeat in the Leinster championship. They claim the shot was wide and their statement is a broadside at Croke Park's refusal to use video evidence.
"The Offaly county board have viewed two videos of the Offaly and Westmeath match and are satisfied that the point by Westmeath's Brian Morley was wide. We are far from satisfied at the elimination from the 2004 championship in such an unsatisfactory manner."
