Gary Howlett has resigned as Bohemians assistant manager.

Howlett was temporarily in charge of first-team matters at the club following the sacking of Stephen Kenny in 2004.

Following the appointment of Gareth Farrelly later that same year, Howlett, a former Ireland international, opted to stay on at the club as Farrelly's right-hand man.
