Liverpool have reportedly agreed a £4million deal with West Ham for midfielder Yossi Benayoun.
The Israel captain is expected to finalise the deal tomorrow afternoon, a day after Liverpool shipped Wales captain Craig Bellamy in the opposite direction for a £7.5m fee.
Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez has had to be patient in his pursuit of the former Racing Santander player, who joined West Ham for £2.5m in 2005.
The Hammers were hoping to secure at least £6m for the player who made 72 appearances and scored eight goals for Alan Curbishley's side.
However, the 25-year-old had stated his desire to move to Anfield and that looks to have forced the hand of the London club.
