League of Ireland round-up: Two goals in the last five minutes halted St Patrick's Athletic in their tracks and earned UCD a share of the spoils with a 2-2 draw at Belfield this evening.

Strikes form Mark Quigley and Gary O'Neill either side of half-time looked good enough to see John McDonnell's 's side extend their lead at the top of the table and and exact a measure of revenge following their League Cup defeat at the hands of the Students earlier this week.

But UCD grabbed a lifeline five minutes from time through Timmy Purcell and Paul Byrne equalised in the dying seconds to stun the league leaders.

Elsewhere tonight, a Glen Crowe hat-trick helped Bohemians condemn Longford to a 5-0 defeat at Dalymount while Waterford moved off the foot of the table with a 1-0 over Galway United.
