Colleges SFC Finals/ St Mary's 2-19 St Gerald's 0-7: St Mary's made no mistake in the replay of the Connacht Colleges senior football decider.
The Galway city school - who were trailing by a point when the initial decider was abandoned a week earlier - won their third Connacht title in a row in Tuam.
St Gerald's forward Enda Lavelle, who was feared to have suffered a serious neck injury in the first meeting, recovered and was able to start but they were unable to match St Mary's.
The Castlebar school trailed by 0-8 to 0-4 at the interval. St Mary's then upped the tempo and Eoin Concannon got their first goal after 44 minutes before Pádraig Egan got their second five minutes later.
