Henrik Stenson has climbed to fifth in the latest world rankings in the wake of his win at the Accenture Match Play Championship last night.
Stenson, who holed the winning putt for Europe at last year's Ryder Cup at the K Club, celebrated the biggest victory of his career at Dove Mountain's Gallery Golf Club.
The 30-year-old from Gothenburg reeled off successive birdies to complete a 2&1 triumph over defending champion Geoff Ogilvy and moves up three places from eighth. Ogilvy's perfomance was enough to move him into seventh place.
Padraig Harrington, who was knocked out in the second round in Arizona by Stewart Cink, has slipped outside the world's top 10.
Tiger Woods remains in control at the top of the list.
