Kerry will field three championship debutants in Sunday's Munster football first-round game against Limerick. Corner back Marc Ó Sé, midfielder Seamus Scanlon and corner forward Colm Cooper were all additions to the panel during the league and impressed enough to gain their starting places.
The 20-year-old Ó Sé is the younger brother of team captain Darragh and wing back Tomás, and also a nephew of team manager Páidí Ó Sé, and was a consistent name in the team throughout the league.
Cooper, however, only got his first senior start last month in the Division Two league final with Laois. Still only 18, he scored a goal in the opening minutes and ended up one of the best Kerry forwards on the day.
Liam Hassett, who started at full forward in the game against Laois, drops down to the bench and John Crowley regains his place after a long period of injury. The return of Mike McCarthy into the defence instead of John Sheehan is the only other change in personal from the Laois game.
Louth have made two switches for their replay with Longford, calling up Alan Page at corner back and bring back Cathal O'Hanlon to the attack. Longford remain unchanged.
In hurling, Dublin have named four championship newcomers for their opening game in the Leinster championship against Westmeath in Mullingar - all in the defence.
Philip Brennan, Kevin Ryan, Derek O'Reilly and Stephen Hiney are previously untested at championship level. Conal Keaney joins Carl Meehan at midfield, and though it is Keaney's first championship start, he came on for Tommy Moore during last summer' s agonising defeat to Laois. With free-taker David Curtin ruled out with a wrist injury, Ger Ennis is named at full forward.
