There was plenty announced at this year’s CES in Las Vegas, including the JBL Bar 1300. The new soundbar includes Dolby Atmos and DTS: X 3D surround sound, with detachable wireless surround speakers that amplify the whole effect using Harman’s multibeam technology. Designed to boost your home cinema experience, the JBL Bar 1300 has 15 channels and a wireless subwoofer, Harman’s PureVoice technology that boosts voices so they won’t be overwhelmed by background sound effects. You can also link it up with your smartphone or other voice-assistant enabled device and you can use Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri to stream your content to the soundbar. You can also access hundreds of online music streaming services through Chromecast built in, Airplay 2 and Alexa MRM. In other words, it’s a bit of an all-rounder.
