The thriving Blanchardstown Centre in west Dublin has attracted another batch of high profile traders.
Quiz, a British-based fast fashion, footwear and accessories retailer with more than 250 stores worldwide, is opening a large store on the upper level.
The company is understood to have agreed a rent of about €275,000 for the shop which will extend to 245sq m (2,500sq ft).
Quiz will trade next door to Gerards, another new arrival from Northern Ireland, which also specialises in women’s fashion. It has more than 30 stores on both sides of the Border.
The Art n Hobby Shop is likely to be paying a rent of about €150,000 for a 1,145 sq m (1,250 sq ft) shop which recently opened on the lower level. The group now has 23 outlets around the country.
Also new to Blanchardstown is Terrisales, which is fitting out a 110sq m (1,200sq ft) shop on the Red Mall, where it will specialise in hair and beauty products for salons as well as the public. This will be its fifth outlet.
The fifth trader to book space extending to 70sq m (750sq ft) is SugarDolls, a nail and beauty salon, which has had another shop in Blanchardstown since 2012.
Letting agents in the centre are BNP Paribas Real Estate and JLL.
