A key redevelopment site on Wellington Lane linking Terenure village and the N11 Blessington Road in south Dublin has come on the market through Hora Property Consultants with a guide price of €1.5 million.
The former Burmah petrol filling station extends to 0.75 of an acre which has been decontaminated and includes two cottages.
There is a current planning permission to develop a 400sq m (sq ft) retail unit on the site with 20 car parking spaces and two three-bedroom semi-detached houses.
In recent months, South Dublin Co Council gave planning consent for six of the eight three-bedroom semis planned for the site and this is now subject to appeal by the applicant.
