CRH said this morning it has raised about $215 million from the sale of some of its Ashland Paving and Construction contracting and asphalt activities in six separate deals.
The international building materials group said the sales from the disposed operations amounted to $520 million in the 12 months ending June 2006 and that these operations produced 6.7 million tons of asphalt in the period.
