Sir, – We are about to embark on the big changes tomorrow on the F routes and their subsidiaries.
A booklet with information has been dropped in our letterboxes. It shows changes to our routes, but only our routes.
Nothing about what routes they cross, how to map our journeys now that the changes are due, and when I rang the helpline with a query, I was told in all seriousness that the man on the helpline would know on October 19th.
It’s time to bring back the old-fashioned booklet with every route listed, and the names of the roads, that I remember from the 1980s.
