Sir – It is now €3.95 to post a simple letter from Ireland to the US. It is $1.75 to post in the opposite direction. Is there any chance An Post is taking the post the long way round?
It will be cheaper to hand-deliver Christmas cards this year. – Yours, etc,
DUALTA ROUGHNEEN,
