Sir, – With reference to your article "Brexit paralysis easing" (Business, April 21st), you quote the chairman of Bank of Ireland Archie Kane as saying that the bank's tracker issues were primarily down to issues in its "systems, and administrative errors".
What a coincidence that every Irish bank made the same administrative error simultaneously, and that each and every one was to the benefit of the banks and the detriment of their customers. – Yours, etc,
