Sir, – When this Russian attack ends, can our Government insist that, before the sanctions on Russia are ended, a count of civilian deaths in the Ukraine is carried out?
In this way, before politicians and mediators sit down to converse on the topic of sanctions, the whole world will see how many innocent people have been murdered by Putin and his military.
