Sir, – The Irish Times magazine accompanying last Saturday’s edition was titled “The time is now, Climate Crisis Special, why this might be our last chance to save the planet”, yet all three dishes in Paul Flynn’s recipe section were pork dishes. Would it not have been much more appropriate for the magazine to have featured all vegetarian or vegan dishes, at least for this edition?
